Precise Device Location Data: With your explicit permission, the QuikIt app collects precise location data (GPS/network-based) in both the foreground and background. This is strictly utilized to match your address with our local fulfillment hubs, calculate accurate delivery times, and provide real-time location updates to our delivery partners as they approach your address in Bengaluru.

Transaction, Exchange, and Pricing Logs: Details of items purchased, billing amounts, order timestamps, and records of processed product exchanges. Because product prices on QuikIt change based on daily wholesale market rates and are valid for one single day only, we record the exact timestamp of checkout to validate transaction totals.

Payment Information: All payments are securely routed through certified, external third-party payment gateways (e.g., UPI, credit/debit cards). Vidmahi Enterprises does not store or process your raw financial credentials or credit card numbers on our internal servers.

Automated Usage & Device Data: IP addresses, unique device identifiers, device model specifications, operating system versions, and application performance metrics collected automatically to optimize app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

Vidmahi Enterprises uses your data to power our daily grocery operations, including:

Fulfilling, packing, and delivering your grocery orders to your specified address.

Validating and executing eligible item replacements under our strict No-Refund, Exchange-Only Policy (within our 1-day or 14-day item-specific exchange frames).

Providing dedicated customer assistance via our support channels during our official working hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Enforcing our daily pricing framework by updating item costs left in your shopping cart overnight.

Issuing legal financial statements and tax invoices in accordance with local regulations and our registered credentials (GSTIN: 29AAZFV9136B1ZH).

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal data to third-party advertising brokers. Your information is shared exclusively with trusted operational partners required to run our service:

Fulfillment & Delivery Personnel: Internal or contracted delivery riders who require your contact number, name, and address to hand over your grocery orders.

Payment Gateway Providers: Secure financial entities that process your transactions externally outside of the Apple or Google billing ecosystems.

4. Data Protection and Security

We adopt appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to shield your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no security architecture or online transmission platform is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Mandatory Account and Data Deletion Rights

In strict accordance with the developer guidelines of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, you have full control over your stored personal profiles:

In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your QuikIt account and all associated personal history directly inside the app by navigating to Account Settings > Delete Account.

Web-Based Erasure Requests: Alternatively, you can request full data erasure by visiting our dedicated data portal at grocjunction.in or by emailing us directly at vidmahienterprises1@gmail.com.

Retention Policy: Upon account deletion, your personal profile data is permanently scrubbed from our active databases, excluding historical transactional logs that we are statutory bound to maintain for tax reporting and anti-fraud auditing.

We utilize tracking cookies and device tokens on our mobile application and grocjunction.in website to save your login profiles, retain items added to your shopping cart across sessions, and evaluate application traffic patterns.
